Khawer manages multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a real estate developer, Khawer identifies and evaluates potential real estate development opportunities, conducts market analysis, secures financing, and manages the entire development process. He has successfully developed several mixed-use and multi-family residential projects, including a highly luxurious apartment complexes like Mega Mall Residency and up-coming Peral Mall Residency. He oversees the work of architects, engineers, and contractors, manages project schedules, and budgets, and collaborates with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Khawer Munir is also serving as Senior Vice Chairman of Association of Builders & Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) for term of 2022-2023. He is an a highly skilled and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the industry, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate complex political and regulatory environments with a clear vision for the association, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and can create an effective strategy for achieving unified goals.
